Raadsel: 10 March 2008: The board of 2waytraffic (the "Board") notes the movement in its share price and confirms that it is in advanced discussions regarding a possible offer for the Company. The Board notes that there can be no certainty that these discussions will proceed to an offer being made for the Company.

Any Offer, if made, would not fall under the UK takeover code or the equivalent
takeover regulations in the Netherlands.  A further announcement will be made in due course as appropriate.
